Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and polished Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Artesia, CA. As the face of our showroom, you will play a key role in delivering personalized service, building lasting customer relationships, and upholding the brand’s global reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces
Build strong, long-term relationships to develop customer loyalty
Actively grow a network of new and returning customers
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest collections
Adhere to store presentation standards and ensure visual appeal
Follow all company policies and uphold the Joyalukkas brand image
Wear the provided uniform with pride and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
A warm personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Fluency in English (Hindi or regional Indian languages is a plus)
